Chef Neil Perry and the team at Spice Temple Melbourne have launched a new yum cha menu this month that includes old favourites such as har gow (steamed prawn dumplings) and wu gok (taro dumplings), as well as creations such as crispy pork, pickles and salted chilli sliders plus the “world’s best egg tart”. Everything, including the sriracha-style chilli sauce, is made in-house. Served daily from noon till 3pm. Bookings: 03 8679 1888.
